Our loanDepot Enterprise division puts our customers first, promotes teamwork and solidifies our customers’ relationship for life.
Our Joint Venture channel partners with quality home builders and real estate companies across the U.S. to create a branded mortgage company that helps to sell more homes, improve customer experience and increase profits.
mellohome connects pre-approved homebuyers and homeowners with a network of local, verified real estate agents and home improvement professionals.
As the No. 1 Retail Lender for the past five years, loanDepot provides both purchase and refinance options to local communities through a personalized and dedicated approach.
Settlement works with and supports our Operation teams to ensure that our customer’s loans are closed out efficiently and effectively.
Wholesale provides partners with industry-leading tools and resources including technology, training, diverse loan products and competitive rates while delivering a fast and seamless technology-based lending experience for themselves as well as their customers.
