RPA Developer
Description
ITCON Services is seeking to hire a motivated and knowledgeable RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively and efficiently, be comfortable interfacing both with technical team members and end users. The candidate should be able to produce examples of design and development work for review and consideration.
The RPA Developer will serve full-time to assist Enterprise Architecture and Vendor Management with RPA design, development, and programming activities relating to the evolving House RPA program. This includes design and development of manual processes to automated processes, robot process automation development and deployment, troubleshooting and monitoring of production robots, process and system design documentation, and the maintenance and enhancements of robotic process automations. The RPA Developer will the support the RPA team in the implementation of best practices for RPA development, technical design, and development of process automations, monitoring and support of operational robots, and work with assigned directorates to help automate their manual processes. Other technology and organizational duties as assigned.

This opening is for a full-time salaried position. Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field preferred
- 10+ years in the Information Technology industry
- Past project experience with UiPath within U.S. Federal agencies
- Experience developing unattended robots leveraging the Office365 application suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Remedy and PeopleSoft.
- Experience developing robots which consume APIs and RESTful services
- Experience with AiFabric, Document Understanding and OCR
- Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
- Experience with web development technologies preferential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare technical documentation
- Candidates should be flexible enough to work a diversified schedule at multiple data center locations and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
- Expert level understanding of SDLC and best practices
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Broad knowledge of key Web technologies and Robotics
- Self-motivated and thrives in a team environment
- Able to multithread and move multiple projects forward
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Certification as a UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is preferential.
- Experience architecting and designing workflow-based solutions or functionality
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
