Process Trainer for Accounting (GL & AR)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of process/systems/overview training to new hires
  • Provision of large group training/up skilling, as necessary
  • Post-training activities including knowledge checks, reporting and analyses of effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the training program
  • Execution of Training Needs Analysis on a regular basis and development of new or expansion of current training content
  • Tracking and logging customer feedback (internal and external) which is captured via tools, meetings, other means of feedback gathering
  • Training administration including managing training agendas, enrollment and pre-works
  • Ensuring applicable process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are available and maintained up to date
  • Establishing excellent relationships with the stakeholders and exceeding customer expectations


Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or solid experience in Finance/Accounting - min. of 2 years of similar experience required
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems/tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Training Fundamentals and Coaching Techniques is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
