Business Development Manager for Lenovo DCG

To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for Business Development Manager for Lenovo DCG who will cover region in our Bucharest, Romania Office. 

Job description:

• Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for Lenovo DCG products.
• Achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage and coverage of all customer segments.
• Bring awareness in the Romanian market regarding the products & increase the sales
• Keep updated with latest product information and technical requirements to sell the product successfully
• Analyze the customer network in assigned region, in order to identify new opportunities and growth for assigned region
• Attend assign Technical/Sales Training and Seminars
• Meeting with all SMB accounts in the assigned territory database to discuss areas of improving relations/business
• Maintain close relations with the PM on pipeline, leads and projects in your region

Requirements: 

• Graduate with 5-8 years of sales experience (3 years relevant experience is a must)
• Good knowledge on the Romanian market
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Basics grounding of the technical nature of IT products
• Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
• Good planning and self-organizing skills
• Customer orientated, approachable
• Multinational experience
