Program Manager Office – for services

Program Manager will shall act as the primary contact and focal point for all communications between the end customers and Dell related to all the activities that are coming form support services that Ingram as a Service Provider will deliver, including general relationship issues, operational performance, billing as well as technical matters.

      Responsibilities

• Service management (Responsible for managing the delivery and measurement of applicable services: calling customers with needs, planning interventions, ordering spare parts, returning defects)
• Cost management: Appropriate resource assignment, Pricing, budgeting and PO management
• Quality Management: Satisfaction Survey communication, planning, measurement, correction, reporting and improvement follow up
• Communication Management: Communication and Planning, information distribution, Progress and performance reporting
• Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree
• 2-4 years’ experience
• Experience administering and maintaining Partner Claiming tools, systems
• Strong analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with focus on summarizing
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Impeccable self-organizing, ease of organizing others and diligence in follow-thru
• Assertive and self-starter, ability to initiate improvements and rally resources needed to support
