About the Role 

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation practice, who will support a client based out of Denver, CO.  

  • Help drive analysis and impact assessments for new business initiatives 
  • Help run large and crucial projects with cross-functional deliverables 
  • Map out business processes and alignment and work with internal teams to map out requirements  
  • Run impact assessment analysis to create detailed project plans with a keen eye for managing dependencies, tracking and escalating risks 
  • Manage go-to-market planning including operational readiness, training, and communication 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance as well as external partners 
  • Hold varied responsibilities spanning across project management and business analysis 


What You Will Definitely Need

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT or Technology department 
  • 2+ years of experience in the restaurant, eCommerce, or retail industry  
  • Proven ability to work as a successful leader, driving organizational change and improvements among team members 
  • Comfortable driving multiple projects at once, identifying dependencies and ensuring there are no gaps 
  • Excellent communication skills, including providing project updates to executive stakeholders 
  • Identify and manage changes to scope, scope creep, and facilitate change requests 
  • Knowledge of Asana, Jira, or other project management tools 
  • Located in/near Denver, Colorado with willingness to regularly travel to client locations
