We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our team

What makes you our Programmatic Specialist:
As a Programmatic Specialist you will be responsible for planning and implementing programmatic strategies based on an increasingly broad range of products and technologies. A passion for innovative media products, as well as an ability to express yourself is important for success. You will work closely with our media agencies and their clients.
The tasks include among others:
- Executing all aspects of campaign delivery, including performance vs. KPIs, weekly/monthly/campaign pacing, optimization and profitability. .
- Managing campaign setup and execution across different platforms including trading (DSP Setup), DMP or Dynamic Creative Platform.
- Providing campaign reporting with key programmatic trends, client insights and campaign next steps.
- Coordinating with digital specialists to identify client needs, understanding campaign criteria, providing recommendations, and communicating campaign performance.
What we look for in a Programmatic Specialist:
A Programmatic Specialist will receive the necessary training to all internal systems and technology platforms, but when it comes to personal attitudes, values and experiences, we want to emphasize the following:
- Have some experience of programmatic buying and knowledge of DSP capabilities (experience in DV360 & Xandr Invest is a plus), programmatic execution, verification partners, and data partnerships.
- Willingness to keep learning new things.
- Quick learner with strong interest in marketing tech and ad techs.
- Results Driven, detail oriented, numbers focused and analytical.
- Understanding of a consultative approach is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good experience in using Excel and PowerPoint as working.
- Skills with SQL or Python are appreciated, but not required.
