With ecommerce booming in Sweden, we are continuing to build and scale up our capabilities within performance marketing. We are now looking for a Client Director to mPerformance, a new entity within GroupM Sweden.  

The role  

  • Own and drive the performance and results for our clients. 
  • Outline and implement holistic digital marketing strategies that will guide the operations across channels and focus areas. 
  • Collaborate closely with our clients to surface insights and initiatives that will help them break new ground and inspire future strategies. 
  • Drive our work to the next level by testing new initiatives and optimization techniques to improve performance. 
  • Strive to continuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques. 
  • Deliver innovative work that sets the bar for everyone around you.

Your Experience 


  • Extensive cross-channel media planning, with a focus on performance and biddable channels. You’ve been in roles where you’ve executed in platform and are now using that experience to build holistic digital marketing strategies.  
  • You understand the technicalities and nuances of programmatic, social and paid search. You can talk about what’s changing in those channels today, because you’re always keeping track of industry developments.  
  • You’ve led multifunctional teams, with a proven track record in Sweden/Nordics.  
  • You understand and can speak intelligently about core analytics services. 
  • Platform experience: Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, Facebook, etc  

Highly desirable 

  • Ecommerce / eRetail experience  
  • SEO (technical or content) experience; particularly in tandem with digital PR activities.  
  • Commercially minded, you’ll be responsible for the revenue your accounts drive. 


This role reports directly into our MD mPerformance at GroupM Sweden.  


This is a full-time employment, and we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. We apply a six month probationary period (provanställning).
