What makes you our Programmatic Specialist (Mid-level/Senior):
As a Programmatic Specialist you will be responsible for planning and implementing programmatic strategies based on an increasingly broad range of products and technologies. A passion for innovative media products, as well as an ability to express yourself is important for success. You will work closely with our client teams and our clients. We can customize your role and responsibilities based on your experience level and career aspirations, all within the defined framework of the position.
The tasks include among others:
· Being responsible for programmatic campaigns of selected clients
· Identifying client needs, understanding campaign criteria and planning programmatic campaigns together with our client teams
· Executing all aspects of campaign delivery, including performance vs. KPIs, weekly/monthly/campaign pacing, optimization and profitability.
· Managing campaign setup and execution across different platforms e.g. DSPs, DMP or Dynamic Creative Platform.
· Providing campaign reporting with key programmatic trends, client insights and campaign next steps.
· Thinking outside of the box, offering new ideas to our clients and testing new solutions
· Other possible tasks in a team will depend on a candidate’s experience and development goals
What we look for in a Programmatic Specialist (Mid-level/Senior):
· Hands-on experience in programmatic buying and DSPs (up-to-date knowledge of DV360 & Xandr Invest is a plus)
· Understanding of a programmatic ecosystem and its players; knowledge of the Finnish market is expected
· Willingness to keep learning new things and to stay up-to-date with the industry and trends
· Quick learner with a strong interest in marketing tech and ad tech
· Proactive, results driven, detail oriented, numbers focused and analytical
· Understanding of a consultative approach is a plus
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Good experience in using Excel and PowerPoint
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
