The DTC Store Allocation Analyst contributes to the success of Funko by leading the allocation of specific merchandise categories to DTC retail stores. This position requires exercise of discretion in prioritization of work.

What You’ll Do
 
  • Executes distribution and allocation tactics to support ongoing replenishment and seasonal assortment needs
  • Effectively utilizes inventory management systems and Excel spreadsheets. Learns new systems and processes as needed
  • Conducts thorough and detailed analysis of stock levels and trends. Reviews and actions on replenishment of key items weekly, focusing on top and bottom performers
  • Ownership of order management, from end-to-end, proactively identifying allocation issues and proposing solutions
  • Coordinates alignment with cross-functional partners on key event/programs around product, inventory, and timelines
  • Maintains awareness of promotions, marketing initiatives and other activities that may impact stock levels
  • Assists Buyer and other Planning team members in executing plans by providing essential detail and reporting
  • Collaborates with other departments including Procurement, Distribution Center, E-Commerce, Marketing and IT around Supply Chain Management
  • Studies business trends to build effective analysis and identify opportunities to improve department performance
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail Buying/Merchandising or equivalent field. Related work experience considered in lieu of education
  • 1-2 years of allocation experience preferred, preferably in a SKU intensive retail environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office. Strong proficiency in Excel required
  • Proficient in retail math including an understanding of financial metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret conclusions from detailed data
  • Strong communication skills. Ensuring clarity and visibility with cross-functional teams
  • Able to function well amidst shifting priorities while effectively managing deadlines
 
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68,000 - $72,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
