The Social Responsibility Senior Manager oversees the administration of Funko’s Code of Ethics and International Labor Standards throughout our supply chain. Manages a global team and provides strategic direction on our CSR journey. Monitors compliance of supplier facilities by reviewing and managing audits for social, security, environmental, and quality assessments to ensure compliance to Funko brands, Retail Customers and Licensors requirements. This role oversees execution of state, federal and international requirements for social and environmental legislation within our supplier base and mitigates risk to Funko and our business partners. 

 What You’ll Do

• Assist the department Director in guiding and coordinating efforts with all Funko brands.
• Lead efforts to develop and maintain supply chain traceability
• Develop and lead documentation and deployment of standard operating procedures related to Funko’s retail customers and licensor programs.
• Stakeholder in the Direct Import factory assessment approval process.
• Act as an advisor to Legal and ESG teams, providing periodical updates of industry trends.
• Effectively manage timely resolution of potential risks
• Onboard new vendors and factories by providing clear expectations of audit expectations and cadence.
• Facilitate completion of various social and environmental surveys for licensors and customers.
• Own the creation and maintenance of a Global Compliance scorecard to facilitate sourcing decisions and ensure suppliers adhere to requirements.
• Maintain close relationships with licensors and retailers to thoroughly understand specific compliance requests and expectations; partner with and provide support to internal teams for customer related questions.
• Create and deploy compliance program KPI’s and reporting to be shared quarterly.
• Build and maintain strong mentorship with direct reports and colleagues
• Strongly network with colleagues in the industry to stay informed of upcoming trends
• Represent Funko brands at industry symposiums

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years experience working with global manufacturers in Social Compliance, preferably in a public, consumer goods organization
• Comfortable working at a very fast pace in a constant changing environment (Funko Fast)
• Experience working with factories in Asia, at different levels of process maturity
• Strong ability to influence others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be effective in managing internal and external relationships at senior leadership level.
• Proactive and highly organized with the ability to multi-task across many ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with database management, data analysis and presentation of data.
• Solutions oriented and a critical thinker.
• Desire for achieving excellence in ESG expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Understanding of the product lifecycle is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in analytical, sustainability field or international business preferred but not required.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,500 - $151,500 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This position is based in Everett, Wa.
