Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We’re based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.
The POP! Yourself Assistant will provide business and administrative support for our POP! Yourself and retail teams. This position will support the VP, Retail & POP! Yourself and provide broad level team support. This position needs someone who has strong organization skills and must be detailed oriented.
Your Superpowers in Action
- Supports all aspects of POP! Yourself and retail planning, development, execution and reporting
- Work closely with internal partners, such as cross functional teams, creative, marketing, merchandising, and planning, as well as external ad agencies
- Draft and edit documents such as launch calendars, ROS, agendas, one-sheets, wrap reports
- Anticipate and proactively mitigate issues that arise; consistently communicating with appropriate leads regarding updates on progress, relevant delays, or issues and budget implications
- Ensure that all product data is properly entered into shire and maintained in assortment grids
- Work with VP to identify marketing opportunities for the brand, inclusive of research into new areas
- Support budget and sales performance tracking for the business
- Owning the retail calendar for the market and shares pertinent information to Global teams to align with Brand cadence and drive any localization required
- Supporting Retail Leadership team in the creation, communication, execution and follow up of store action plans
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
- 2 or more years’ experience in a project managing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, maintaining appropriate follow-up.
- Must have strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fun, energetic personality with the ability to handle multiple tasks and schedules and is fun to be around.

Compensation & Benefits
Funko offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $18.39 - $24.52 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This hybrid position is based in Coronado, California with the expectation you are able to be in office 3 days a week.What Funko Offers
