What You’ll Do
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, contributing to strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and follow-up for key leadership and board meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and action tracking.
- Oversee and streamline key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders to ensure consistent communication and accountability.
- Lead or support special projects, from inception to execution, often involving cross-functional collaboration.
- Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and remove barriers to enable successful project outcomes.
- Provide oversight and guidance to transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Partner with leadership to identify, scope, and execute transformative initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement frameworks to manage change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption of new processes.
- Continuously assess and refine strategies to ensure the organization remains agile and responsive in a dynamic environment.
- Serve as an extension of the CEO to reinforce organizational culture, values, and leadership principles.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization to build trust, collaboration, and cohesion.
- Drive internal communication strategies to enhance transparency and engagement.
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO by managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
- Travel with the CEO to meetings, conferences and events to provide on ground support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership, strategy, or operational roles, including experience working closely with executive teams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for synthesizing information.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to navigate sensitive situations.
- Adept at handling ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
