This position works closely with the Customer Service leadership team to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and propose new metrics, recommending strategies to stakeholders to improve business results, and working across organizations to make actionable findings available to business stakeholders
  • Support analysis of order book to identify opportunities to drive revenue
  • Retrieve and analyze data using Oracle SQL, Excel, Tableau and other data management systems
  • Develop new reporting tools including exception-based reporting, demand forecasting and executive dashboards
  • Manage the maintenance and distribution of Customer Service reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for business stakeholders
  • Point of contact for data validation efforts for our ERP implementation
  • Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
  • Respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as an analyst in a CPG organization (Supply Chain, Finance preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • High level of MS Excel proficiency is required
  • Experience in MS Access, SQL, R, or Python
  • Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; abstract thinking encouraged.
  • Work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
  • Ability to resolve stakeholder concerns and vendor issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

 

 Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
