The team

The Sales Executive role sits within our Inside Sales team in the high performing Introducer Channel.

What will you be doing?

Every day you will speak to a diverse range of brokerages or partnerships to gain an understanding of their business, find out about their goals and explain how Funding Circle can help in achieving them. 

You will be working with almost entirely warm leads, cold calling is not the main strategy we employ, but call techniques and skills will be beneficial. 

  • The role will be responsible for the onboarding and activation of all new Broker and Partnerships accounts FC will open
  • Determining those who are not right to join the FC panel, and inform them professionally
  • Conducting the initial fact finding call and making an executive decision on whether they are a good fit for the channel
  • Creating contracts, side letters and portal access to have Brokers & Partners fully set up
  • Training the introducer (via webinar) on how to use our portal/systems and any criteria we need them to know 

Are you?

  • Able to demonstrate excellent telephone and email communications on a day-to-day basis when engaging with prospective new brokers and partners
  • Well organised when managing your day and week
  • Target and KPI driven 
  • Keen to help to mould the future of the role and its interaction with the sales cycle within the introducer channel
