What will you be doing?

 

Sitting on the same desk as our CEO and UK MD, the Strategy & Commercial team is pivotal at Funding Circle. It’s key in driving us forward and optimising business performance.

 

Working cross-functionally with a variety of teams, someone with the desire to take ownership, think holistically and be hands on would be a great fit for this role.

 

       Commercial ownership of our Introducer Business, where we work with Brokers and Partners

(e.g. Accountants) to help small businesses get the financing they need to win. To date we’ve

lent over £4BN to UK SMEs through Introducers.

       Responsible for driving the performance and continuing the strong growth our Introducer

Business has seen in recent years

       Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to analyse opportunities, and then form

recommendations of new growth areas or efficiency initiatives and improve existing business

processes

       Bring together our Marketing, Risk, Sales, Technology, Operations and Product teams to then own and lead the implementation of those changes

communicate across the business
