As a heads up, we are looking for: Sales Development Executive, Junior Account Manager, Broker Account Manager & Sales Inbound Executive


**please note: these roles are ideally suited to graduates or sales people with 6 months - 2 years work experience**

Every single day, you will speak to these SME business owners that have engaged with Funding Circle and looking to grow. You will be interacting with a diverse client base on a weekly basis (think, your favourite local high street shop to a tech company looking to expand on the global scale and everyone in between), speaking to them about their business operations, why they need financing, and how a Funding Circle loan can help them achieve their goals.

**March/April 2019 start**

What are we looking for?

It is important you are:

  • Motivated by success in numbers, and driven to achieve your targets
  • Able to connect easily with others and demonstrate natural interpersonal skills
  • Actively contribute to and enjoy being part of a team
  • Outstanding time management skills and proficiency at multitasking
  • Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
  • Excited by change and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • 2:1 degree educated or have equivalent experience
  • 3-6+ months in a customer facing/sales role preferred - this role would be best suited to a fresh graduate looking for their 1st or 2nd job
  • A passion about working in an innovative area of finance
  • Knowledge or interest in the finance industry


Sales Development Executive 
We are looking for talented sales people to join our exciting new B2B Outbound Sales Team. If you thrive hitting targets, build rapport with a variety of people easily and are persistent in the face of a challenge then please apply.  You will be handling outbound sales – you will manage a pipeline of existing and past applicants, with the goal of re-engaging the borrower and making sure Funding Circle is their first choice.

Junior Account Manager
Are you high-energy and intelligent with an ambition to stretch yourself in a market-changing business? Do you thrive in a target driven environment and want to develop your career in sales?   You will be handling applications from UK businesses applying for a business loan - from initial enquiry to acceptance of funds (100% warm leads generated through direct marketing)

Account Manager - Broker Team 
Are you a motivated and confident self-starter who flourishes in supporting a large portfolio of accounts? Our Broker Accounts Team are looking for an Account Manager to manage business lending through intermediary partners.
