The team

The Marketplace team specifically represents what we see as the future of how we can 'build a better financial world' for SMEs in the UK. We all want each other to succeed and it's a really collaborative place to work as well as being a fun and inclusive culture. What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager for the Marketplace team you’ll provide an exceptional service in managing loan applications for SME clients to 3rd party lender partners. Working closely with both internal and external teams, you will supervise and manage these applications from start to completion and provide the client with an in-depth understanding of 3rd party lending and how this can benefit their business.

It will be your responsibility to engage with SMEs via a range of channels (calls/emails/sms) and help fulfil their funding requirements via our 3rd party lender panel. You will need to have an understanding of available lending products in the market but don’t worry – we can build on any knowledge gaps to help you succeed!

You will need to be organised and work in an efficient manner and enjoy building relationships, as you will be the ‘go to’ for both the client and the lender.
