Our Summer 2026 AI Consulting Intern role is designed to give emerging talent hands-on exposure to applied AI within a real consulting environment.
The Summer 2026 AI Consulting Intern will support Elire’s internal AI initiatives and client-facing consulting teams by assisting with AI research, data analysis, automation use cases, and prototype development. This role is ideal for a graduate-level student interested in applied AI, analytics, and consulting, rather than purely academic research.
Interns will work closely with consultants, solution architects, and internal innovation leaders to explore how AI can improve business processes, decision-making, and delivery outcomes across ERP, finance, HR, and operations domains.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Analytics Support:
- Assist in researching, testing, and documenting AI use cases related to consulting, analytics, automation, and decision support.
- Support data preparation, analysis, and validation activities for AI-driven insights and models.
- Help evaluate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, copilots, analytics tools) for internal and client use.
Technical & Development Tasks:
- Build or support basic prototypes, scripts, dashboards, or workflows using Python, SQL, or other relevant tools.
- Assist with prompt design, testing, and refinement for generative AI use cases.
- Support integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, EPM, analytics platforms) at a conceptual or proof-of-value level.
Consulting & Documentation:
- Create clear documentation, summaries, and visual artifacts to explain AI concepts, outputs, and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- Support consultants in translating technical findings into business-friendly insights.
- Participate in internal working sessions, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Learning & Collaboration:
- Engage in structured learning sessions related to consulting fundamentals, client delivery, and Elire methodologies.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers across technology, functional, and analytics teams.
- Present findings or mini-projects at the end of the internship.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or graduate-level coursework in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science / Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Information Systems
- Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic experience with one or more of the following:
- Python, R, or similar programming languages
- SQL and data analysis
- Machine learning concepts or AI frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to:
- Generative AI API , Understanding LLM mechanics, vectorization, property graph , and prompt engineering
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud)
- BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Interest in consulting, client delivery, or enterprise systems.
- Prior internship, project, or research experience involving applied AI or analytics.
