Job Purpose/Objective:

Dr. Reddy’s is currently seeking a 2024 graduate to hire as a Marketing Operations Intern, Specialty Generics. The internship will provide exposure to various activities within a Marketing department including New Product Launches and Market Share Growth initiatives. This position will work closely with the sales team, contracts group, supply chain management and other cross-functional departments to aid in achieving optimum results per assigned projects.  This is a great opportunity for hands-on exposure to various marketing initiatives and processes within the Specialty Generics Marketing department.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

Product Launch:

Prepare launch binders for all near-term product launches with guidance from the Product Managers.

Analyze the external environment, market trends and customer behaviors to determine market strategy.

Source product set up documents for launches and provide inputs on supply and demand planning.

•Arrange and participate in product launch discussions/presentations to the Sales Management and Institutional sales teams (IDN team).

Market Share Growth:

•Track and monitor product performance trends vs. budgets/estimates for all share expansion and new product launches.

Provide insight and comments on variances to aid in driving growth initiatives via recommended actions for consideration.

Track achievement to actions made to determine their effectiveness.

Other duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Major. 

Strong communication (written & verbal), finance and interpersonal skills.

•Must be a self-starter with strong initiative.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills a plus.

 
*Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
