We have an exciting opportunity in the Accounting team for a full-time Summer Intern. This internship is primarily based out of our headquarters in Kent, WA.   • Paid internship -$21 per hour
  • PTO (accrue 6.77 hours per bi-weekly paycheck)

What you’ll do:

  • Work within a fully integrated ERP system
  • Learn and assist with full-cycle accounts payable
  • Review aging receivables and follow-up with collection efforts
  • Gain exposure to fixed assets including taking inventory of assets, calculating depreciation, and creating journal entries to book depreciation
  • Special projects including data file cleanup of customer, vendor, and inventory records
  • Gain exposure to general ledger and account analysis as time allows

Who you are:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, preferably in the Junior or Senior year
  • Successful completion of accounting foundation classes
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
  • Prior work experience is preferred
  • Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week and required to be onsite at the office
