Location: Hybrid-Remote (Kentucky / Cincinnati Metro / Indianapolis Metro)

The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving customer retention. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
In this role, you will:
- Build quotes for products and services, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize vendor/distributor partner tools to obtain pricing information and make informed decisions.
- Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer subscription and support contract renewals, ensuring continuity of service and support.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise across vendor partner platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular check-ins to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to optimize customer investment in technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Support, to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
- Prepare and present reports on client status, project progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client success, account management, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
