About the Role:  
Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized legal professional looking for an opportunity to work in the dynamic field of forensic and valuation services? We are seeking a motivated Forensic and Valuation Services Coordinator to join our team and provide critical support to our forensic and valuation services team. 
  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Onboarding of new prospects including client interactions, conflict checks, and drafting engagement letters.  
  • Research publicly available information pertinent to litigious matters including court dockets, secretary of state, and data searches.  
  • Manage timelines and assist in the coordination of case-related deadlines. 
  • Support expert witnesses in preparing for trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings. 
  • Communicate with clients and third-party stakeholders, including counsel, other professionals, and the management team.  
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the team including ad hoc projects and reports. 
  • Organize and maintain case files and documentation for easy access and retrieval. 
  
Experience & Qualifications:  
  • Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certification; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or office coordinator in a legal or corporate setting is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment. 
  
Essential Skills: 
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Experience in office management or administrative support is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. 
  
Software & Tools: 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience working in Clio is preferred
