Our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting equitable learning experiences for all students drives continuous improvement of our innovative programs. We are changing the face of edtech with data-driven, research-backed cloud technology products that transform how students learn, creating an environment where every child can thrive. Today, our award-winning learning programs like i-Ready serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students.
Based in North Billerica, Massachusetts, and with offices and remote team members throughout the United States, Curriculum Associates holds tight to our core values and has won numerous national and local awards as a top employer. Our team of more than 2,000 employees shares a commitment to improving outcomes for kids and works tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.
If this speaks to you, we welcome you to explore opportunities on our team.

We have developed three company-wide commitments to anchor our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging efforts and create a shared language for accountability. Our efforts are aimed at improving all aspects of the CA employee experience and our service to schools.
We are committed to:
- Implementing equitable hiring practices to increase the diversity of the CA workforce.
- Building a culture of inclusivity so that all CA staff can thrive.
- Delivering inclusive products and services that drive equitable outcomes for all students.
Equitable Hiring
Our Talent team has worked to critically review all parts of our hiring process to remove the effects of bias. From how we write our job descriptions to the processes we follow in reviewing resumes, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, we are focused on ensuring an equitable experience for all candidates.
A Culture of Inclusivity
In keeping with our core value of embracing all, we are committed to fostering a culture of belonging for all team members. We have created Employee Resource Groups, DEIB book clubs, a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) mentorship program, and several other programs to create spaces where employees’ culture, experiences, and voices are centered and valued.
We continue to enhance these programs and add new offerings based on employee feedback.
Supporting Educators and Learners through Inclusive Content
Students who are more engaged with their learning show significantly greater gains than their peers, and educators need the best possible materials to spark deep engagement and accelerate learning. To this end, our team is focused on developing high-quality, inclusive content that encourages learners to see themselves fully represented and learn about other cultures and identities.
The people behind the products

"Nearly a decade ago, I made a major change in my career path and found a company with a mission I truly believed in. I arrived at CA and have never looked back. I enjoy working at CA because I am part of a team that truly feels like a family, and in my colleagues I have gained friends and mentors who share a common goal of supporting teachers and students."

"The whole engineering organization at CA is very different from any other place I’ve worked. It’s unbelievable how genuinely kind and helpful everyone is. Not only was everybody so nice from the second I began working here, but they’ve stayed nice after I stopped being ‘new.’ Exceptional collaboration is what I think makes us so successful. It’s been a fantastic learning experience for me."
KarmelaEngineering Manager

"It’s been over 2 decades of service in education and I’m still chasing my ‘why’—a passion to enrich students, promote their growth and success, and repeat the process over and over to reach as many learners as possible. As partners in education, I’m excited for the opportunity to expand our reach, for it’s all in favor of those we teach!"
