Position Summary:

We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will partner with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure our Sales Team has assistance in building and processing opportunities and quotes within Salesforce to ensure our reporting and revenue recognition is completed properly.  You will also be working closely with our Sales, Accounting and Business Enablement teams to help  identify areas of improvement in systems and processes. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross functional support and order processing and responding effectively and in a timely manner to process all lead conversions/account creation requests, in accordance with established SLAs
  • Partnering with the Sales, Accounting, Finance and Legal when necessary to ensure complex quotes are appropriately reviewed and accurate
  • Creating renewal and expand quotes
  • Completing data entry for the sales operations team, including validating entries and ensuring data integrity
  • Customer issue research and resolution
  • Working cross-departmentally to develop and implement sales process improvements
  • Training sales team on systems
  • Providing day-to-day support to sales and finance functions
  • Testing of new sku’s or enhancements to our Salesforce instance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including Salesforce experience
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlook ups, macros, if/then, etc)
  • Ability to communicate complex data to a wide range of audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of sales process
