What You Will Be Doing:
We are recruiting for a Director, Retention Marketing to join our team. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing programs that drive results in customer expansion and retention. As an influencer and collaborator, you will be critical to driving growth and customer retention.
Day In The Life:
- Design & Develop Retention Strategies – Collaborate with internal partners to identify goals and motivators of existing customers that uncover compelling opportunities to drive account expansion and retention and build on product awareness and loyalty
- Develop Messaging – Develop messaging strategies that accelerate engagement across key points in the customer lifecycle and create programs to facilitate increased retention and engagement
- Lead Others – Create the roadmap for segmentation, personalization and automation across programs and communicate/lead others through programs
- Product Education – Oversight of the development, modification, and distribution of product related materials with internal/external audiences
- Track Success – Identify and track success metrics and continue to analyze impact of customer marketing programs; recommend refinements based on data, insights and sales performance
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED
- 10+ years of progressive experience working in a customer marketing role
- Demonstrated experience building and/or managing performance-driven marketing campaigns/programs
- 1+ year of experience leading and directing a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ability to travel as opportunity/need requires
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
