YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:  

  • Working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists on the Incydr product to identifying important questions and answer them with data
  • Providing expertise and translate the product needs to design; and developing tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights
  • Working with product teams to identify key metrics for measuring product adoption and usage
  • Identifying opportunities for improving the fidelity of insider risk signals
  • Performing varied analytical tasks using data sources such as Redshift and ElasticSearch
  • Working with large, sensitive data sets on problems that matter to our team and our customers
  • Developing analyses, reports, and dashboards using reproducible methods
  • Collaborating with data engineers to improve and expand ETL processes

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years’ experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a technology company
  • Proficiency manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data in relational databases with SQL
  • Strong experience programming with R or Python for data analysis
  • Expertise building reproducible reports and dashboards with your toolset (Rmarkdown, Shiny, Dash, etc.)
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, and/or AWS services a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in both individual and team settings
