THE ROLE:

The Director Sales, UK will be primarily responsible for building and developing a sales team and driving new INCYDR business through our channel first approach in the UK market primarily.  Serves as the sales leader by developing the sales strategy, building sales teams, serving customers and achieving sales targets.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Hire, enable, coach and lead a world class sales team
  • Develop compelling business value propositions to encourage resellers and market influencers to sell and promote products
  • Drives new business prospect activities, relationship development activities and promotes working collaboration with appropriate team members across the organization to drive new business
  • Build and manage partnerships and relationships to assist in revenue growth and reduce the sales cycle
  • Facilitates and/or conducts strategic, Senior Level customer discussions/meetings with clients to drive value-based activities and results
  • Develops a high performing Account Executive team through rigorous hiring, certification and management programs. Develops talented individuals who can act as strategic advisors and deliver value to our customers.
  • Provides direction to the team by offering guidance on customer account management strategies, tools and approaches with their Strategic accounts
  • Manages and expands client relationships through continual needs assessment. Ensures client satisfaction and executes client reference-ability process
  • Defines and manages strategic plan for continued, rapid growth. Strategizes and executes on plans for the organization's development including, revenue plans, hiring plans, customer product adoption and growth strategies, territory assignment, IT programs, and product feedback. 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 15+ years sales experience, 10+ years leading Sales teams
  • Exceptional leadership skills: a strong recruiter and motivator of people  
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle execution with the ability to work in a high velocity, high activity environment
  • New Business Account Management Skills. Proven track record demonstrating years of experience in relationship and customer account management
  • Outstanding negotiation and selling skills that have been proven through consistent ability to achieve sales targets and manage large, complex organizations
  • Energy and Creativity. The ideal candidate thinks out-of-the-box and energizes others with passion, quality and commitment
  • Team Player. Delivers amazing results through cross team collaboration.
  • Performer. Consistent track record of overachievement of sales goals and quota
  • Travel 50%+ expected
