Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with other graphic designers, copy writers, UX/UI team, product managers, marketing managers and other internal stakeholders to create on-brand digital and printed marketing materials/assets.
  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials including webpages, landing pages, emails, blogs, digital and print advertising, sales collateral, social media assets and other items.
  • Apply strategic thinking and take customer persona research and user feedback into consideration for effective designs.
  • Initiate and contribute creative ideas to kickoff meetings and collaborate with other graphic and UX/UI designers on the execution of projects.
  • Following the outlined process, manage assigned projects from concept development through to execution, meeting all deadlines.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Post-secondary education in graphic design or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years professional experience with graphic design in a marketing environment.
  • Extensive skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Send Grid and Click Dimensions.
  • Must possess strong creative and conceptual vision and the ability to flawlessly execute high-quality work.
  • Effective deadline management and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
  • Bilingual is considered an asset.
  • Highly collaborative working style.
  • Operates with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
