Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce and its integration. 
  
The Salesforce administrator will need to have strong front-end development skills to join the marketing team. The Salesforce administrator should have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and development and the ability to clean and tune databases. Be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems and developing and maintaining custom front-end applications.  
 

Duties and Responsibilities

 
  • Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lighting flows.
  • Manager stakeholder and customer expectation for both technical and operational support.
  • Produce automate and analyze advanced reports.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Platform, processes and solutions.
  • Integrate Salesfoce with other solutions like Marketo, Power-BI, ZoomInfo and Demandbase. 
  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts, assign permissions, and troubleshoot user access issues. 
  • Data Management: Import and export data, clean and maintain data quality, and manage data security. 
  • Customization: Develop and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes to automate business processes. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business data. 
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about new Salesforce features and updates.

  • Able to communicate with team and stakeholders, ask questions, look for information and move on with the tasks and projects without much assistance or guidance.
  • Sense of responsibility and teamwork: Don’t miss meetings and don’t disappear.
  • Some self-organization.
      

Required education, certifications and experience

 

Education:

 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
  

Experience/Skills:

 
  • 0-4 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of the platform's core functionality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Additional Skills

 
Preferred Skills (not required): 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant, can be beneficial.
