This individual will work closely with the Human Resources Team, HR Business Partners, and employees across all levels of the organization. They will provide support and input to the comoany´s overall talent strategy. They will take the lead on several crucial company-wide leadership developments, learning, career development, and performance programs to make a global, cross-functional impact. 

Skills: 

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in Talent Development / Management, Leadership Development, and Learning and Development.
  • C1 English level or higher
  • Success Factors knowlge is a plus
  • Experience implementing, testing, troubleshooting, and managing HR systems.
  • Experience developing programs that integrate smoothly across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience building trust and positive relationships internally and externally (vendors, consultants, etc) and gaining buy-in with employees across all levels of the company.
  • Strong influence and presentation skills; experience speaking in front of small and large groups virtually and in-person.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Expertise of Talent Development best-practices, principles, and procedures.
  • Experience solving talent related challenges of diverse scope that require analysis across variety of factors, data, and situations.
  • Analytical, with a data-driven approach in identifying talent strategies to serve and improve business needs.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience breaking down and executing complicated projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Development Team Members, and key stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs.
  • Build plans to integrate Optimizely’s How We Optimize Core Behaviors into all talent practices.
  • Work at a global scale with colleagues across various time zones and locations. Ensure programs are reflective of a diverse set of needs and cultures globally.
  • Enable managers to build career paths for their team members.
  • Develop leadership development opportunities for leaders across all levels to manage skills (i.e. coaching programs, mentorship, formal trainings, e-learning, etc).
  • Act as a subject matter expert to consult internal stakeholders on leadership, career development, surveys, feedback, and OKR solutions and best practices in the industry.
  • Propose data-driven recommendations to business leaders, leverage knowledge of best practices, and the company´s processes and policies.
  • Communicate leadership development, career development, performance development programs to key stakeholders and leaders. Utilize data to educate and influence buy-in and implementation of solutions.
  • Support and execute on internal learning strategy model to ensure we are building a culture of continuous learning at the company.
  • Build an internal community for leaders to network with and support their peers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all external vendors, contacts, and / or consultants.
  • Support Succession Planning strategy and initiatives.
  • Assist with additional HR projects outside the areas of Talent Development as assigned.
