Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Configuration: Implement changes in the application configuration and server functionality in response to client requests and to address any detected issues.
  • Cloud Support: Perform backend support tasks on Linux and Windows servers in cloud environments to ensure the proper functioning of services provided to clients.
  • Process Monitoring: Verify and monitor the execution of forecasting processes for current client projects, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Database Synchronization: Execute on-demand operations to synchronize relational and non-relational databases across both testing and production environments.
  • SQL Script Execution: Develop and run SQL scripts as required by clients for generating reports, making modifications, or troubleshooting issues.
  • Log File Management: Capture and analyze log files, interpreting and reporting any potential errors within client services.
  • Issue Escalation and Follow-up: Escalate identified issues, monitor the resolution process, and provide regular feedback to clients on the status of their concerns.
