Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Lead the technical design, implementation, and support of application integration solutions that address business requirements and meet Baxter standards.
  • Provide end to end support for BCT and OneSource to ensure business continuity.  Responsible for establishing proactive maintenance processes, monitoring capabilities, performance metrics and SLAs for solution integrations.
  • Responsible for servicing work orders, investigating and resolving incidents within the defined SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • Drive root cause analysis on incidents and identify remediation to avoid future occurrences.
  • Participate in large, complex, projects following Agile and/or SDLC methodologies.  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for IT scope. Accountable for completing assigned tasks and partnering with business and IT teams to complete all project work.
  • Participate with business and IT to set technology strategy and roadmap. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions or improvements to existing technologies that support business and IT strategy.   Support development of business case for technology justification.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize projects and enhancements based on impact and alignment with goals and strategy
  • Serve as the liaison between business and IT. Work directly with business partners to identify requirements and engage IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop System documentation including specifications, procedures, and training materials
  • Develop, prepare, review and document testing requirements and test data for complex system testing.
  • Work cooperatively with technical personnel across IT to accomplish enterprise-wide goals. Identify and implement process improvements in the application architecture and/or infrastructure of the existing systems
  • Participate in the building of new and on-going application vendor relationships. Provide input for contract negotiations
Technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience  
    +5 years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design and implementation for Supply Chain applications including SaaS solutions for Blue Yonder Control Tower and Thompson Reuters OneSource 
  • Experience with Supply Chain business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Luminate Control Tower SaaS application
  • Hands-on experience with Thompson Reuters OneSource SaaS application 
  • Experience with various ERP, ETL, storage, and development tools including JDE 9.2, Datastage, Globalscape, Mulesoft, Amazon A3, Snowflake, SQL    
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology 
  • Hands-on experience with application and performance monitoring tools 
  • Strong project management skills and experience deploying technology globally  
  • Experience with validation procedures and security governance 
  • Experience developing and executing testing models and Standard Operating
