Our ideal candidate should be:

  • Someone with great interpersonal skills & assertive communication, goal oriented and motivated to work in a fast-paced envoronment!
  • Someone with client orientation and commitment with the projects, ensuring work quality and giving attention to details. 


Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 1 year experience working within an IT function, directly supporting critical front-line business applications for customers
  • Applications and services support
  • Infrastructure, Applications and Services monitoring
  • Experience with Javascript (Basics)
  • Experience with scripting Shells, and Log Analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL basic, XML, Linux and Windows basic administration
  • Gasp of core networking concepts.
  • Incident, Service Request and Change Management experience"

Technical skills we're looking for: 

  • SQL, XML, Linux/Windows SO administration, Networking, Javascript, Java

It's a plus if you have the following experience and tools:

  • Knowledge and Experience with services monitoring tools, i.e: Zabbix, Pager Duty
  • Knowledge and Experience with ITIL tracking system tool, i.e: JIRA
  • Experience with SAAS (Software as a service) on cloud solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL
  • Knowledge in programming logic
  • Knowledge in AWS infrastructure
