We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to interacts with Sales, Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE), Marketing and Finance to create, maintain, and operate scalable systems, processes, and tools to enable the company to grow and capture market share. 

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • 2+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence/ Analytics, Financial Analysis or similar roles
  • Proactive critical thinker and problem solver with the ability to distill ambiguity into insights
  • Excellent project management, planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating; has a growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Capable of taking information uncovered and transforming it into financial reports that are easy to consume and present to leadership
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - understand the importance of data and acumen; proficient in spreadsheet modelling and analytics/financial modeling
  • Experience with Office, Salesforce, MS PowerAutomate, MS Forms, Workday, DocuSign
Some of your responsabilities will be:
  • Collaborate with Sales, CEE and Finance teams to drive process improvements and consistency
  • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership and other Go-to-Market teams to drive initiatives that impact revenue
  • Drive robust analytics to ensure that we learn from any initiative
  • Build reports and dashboards to support business decision making
  • Analyze data and publish actionable insights on our business and market
  • Identify and test opportunities for process improvement and revenue impact
  • Constantly evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale
  • Prepare and maintain reoccurring services bookings related reporting, forecasting and dashboards
  • Services bookings reporting and analysis
  • Maintain Original Deal Economics (ODE) template with proposed deal margin
  • Ensure Original Deal Economics (ODE) template is populated for each deal
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly services bookings and new business forecasts
  • Develop and maintain data models to analyze key business decisions and activities
  • Leverage various types of data (sales, marketing, customer, etc.) and follow analytical best practices to deliver accurate, timely, and unbiased view of performance
  • Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward
  • Prepare analysis and presentations to board members and executive staff as needed
  • Assist Industry Leads with DocuSign process for service engagement agreements
  • Assist users with appropriate access to customer legal folders
