Duties and Responsibilities: 
We are looking for a reliable, detail-orientated Intermediate WordPress Web Developer to help us build, maintain, and grow one of our current websites to new heights. The Web Developer's responsibilities include communicating with project managers, UX team, Stakeholders, and other developers to determine website specifications, creating schedules and providing quotes, writing code, working with a team of designers and content editors, ensuring websites follow technical SEO best practices, as well as assisting with recruitment and training of junior web developers

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in Wordpress, PHP 8+, HTML5, AJAX, SCSS, CSS3, MySQL and JQuery.
  • +4 years of experience in web Development with Worpress 
  • Strong javascript ability/efficiency (especially as applies to Wordpress)
  • Proficient with Advanced Custom fields
  • Proficient building sites with Elementor page builder
  • Proficient in SEO
  • Proficient in Git
  • Design websites that looks and work great in every device (Responsive design)
  • Knowledge in Wordpress -plugins and team (templates) development.
  • Awareness of web best practices/load times
  • Custom post types
  • Taxonomies
  • Wordpress REST API
  • Wordpress hierarchy/templating system
  • Basic Knowledge using Figma
  • English B2
