Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Generate, publishes, and distribute standard reports as requested
• Create new canvas and table reports as needed
• Support SuccessFactors Access & Permission Requests
• Create and update standard foundation objects (Org units, payroll locations, job codes, etc.)
• Uploads and updates job profiles as needed
• Coordinates with internal and external teams on data quality issues
• Assists with testing system enhancements & upgrades
• Works with Senior HRIS Manager, IT SuccessFactors Admin, along with internal and external partners to resolve Service Desk Tickets
• Complete system imports as needed
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

 Ready to apply? First check if you have:

 Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Hands-on experience working in SuccessFactors
• Proficient in MS Excel
• 1 or 2 years of human resources experience
• Experience with SuccessFactors and Excel for reporting and ticketing.
• Transfer data
• Working on customer needs to customize reports.
• important to have experience in Canvas and Reporting
