Market Insights Manager
About the Opportunity
Brandwatch is searching for a Market Insights Manager. This role sits within the Strategy team, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of projects which allow us to understand and respond to the needs of the market.

This role requires extensive collaboration, both globally and cross-functionally. It is a senior-level, hands-on position working closely with our strategy, sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams as well as industry groups and partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Demonstrated expertise in MarTech and deep
    understanding of social media and software solutions used by brand, research and marketing teams
  • A network of industry connections, being an active participant in industry forums and groups
  • A strong analytical skill set, able to collect, analyse and form recommendations using quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen: expertise in B2B sales processes, retention metrics and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholder feedback and represent the company externally
  • Strong presentation skills to both broad and executive audiences
  • Experience working internationally, across markets and time zones
Core responsibilities include:
  • Collect, synthesise and present internal feedback from teams on industry trends and our competitive context
  • Gather and analyse external market signals, including secondary research
  • Ensure the business keeps an up to date view of market trends, including competitor developments, new features and emerging platforms, technological advancements and changes in consumer and business behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Product Marketing teams to ensure internal teams are equipped with these insights
  • Use insights to inform business strategy, including growth and positioning, as well as developments in product pricing and packaging.
