You must possess a broad base of skills and knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy, business planning, user experience design, engineering and agile/lean development practices. You will work with Engineering, UX, and Business Intelligence teams to define business requirements and evaluate new solutions that align with our customers’ needs.
The Lead Email Marketing specialist will be responsible for developing and coding dynamic, complex, and error-free emails that successfully render across all clients, browsers and devices. This role will assist in gathering and analyzing data to drive strategy around promotional broadcast campaigns as well as lifecycle and retention efforts. They will also be expected to consistently find new opportunities across both email and mobile app communication to increase the efficiency and dynamic nature of all customer communications, utilizing data within the user profile to leverage relevant personalization whenever possible. The person in this role will also collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for creating A/B tests and providing relevant post-test analysis. This role will also work with third-party platforms, integrating tools and technology into the ESP to deliver a best-in-class inbox experience.
