We’re hiring a VP of Subscription Marketing to aggressively grow subscriptions and lead a new team from our Boise office. We’re looking for someone who is a fountain of good ideas, moves fast, and loves to experiment, build, and iterate, who is deeply curious about what compels people to take action and who has the technical and data chops to test their theories, build a strategy, and drive results. As a team leader you’ll be responsible for developing our marketing strategy, driving subscriptions, optimization, and engagement across all subscription channels.
The person will work alongside the marketing and category management teams and the Supply chain management team to ensure that relevant activity is in place to drive sales, margin and provide the best in class customer experience. This person will also communicate with vendors to maximize partner activity. The ideal candidate is driven, analytical, has a successful track record at communicating across cross-functional teams and a passion for customers.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and driven individual that will work with a talented software development team in a SCRUM environment. This individual will support the Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems with 70% focus on manual / exploratory testing - the other 30% will be focused on designing and coding automated tests. This will be a hands-on role and the position requires interaction with agile scrum teams and coordination with other QA team members.
