The email marketing specialist is tasked with coordinating and executing campaigns (broadcast and segmented) aligned to company marketing calendars, promotional cadence and special initiatives. This role will be assisting with data analysis, synthesizing information to inform customer retention efforts and reporting on those efforts. This individual will be optimizing behavioral workflows, based on analysis and testing, to drive higher LTV and repeat purchase.
The person will support the Category and planning manager and work alongside the marketing/category management and Email teams in the US and co-ordinate with the Supply chain management team to ensure that relevant activity is in place to drive sales, margin and provide the best in class customer experience. This will be done in line with current Business Intelligence infrastructure utilizing existing systems with the aim to provide a global solution.
