Chef de Partie - Permanent Contract - London
We are looking for fans of traditional Italian cuisine, with a desire to realise their professional project and be part of a large brigade. Our restaurants serve between 500 and more than 1000 customers per day. Homemade pasta, San Daniele ham, mozzarella di Bufala from Campania, artisan ice cream: we only serve authentic products of the Italian tradition, purchased directly from suppliers selected by us in Italy and transformed into delicious courses by the expert hands of our Chefs.
- Ensuring the quality of the dishes and the respect of the recipes;
- Managing autonomously the service;
- Managing and coordinating the cheerful brigade.
We offer a permanent contract, on a full time basis, 2 days off per week, 28 days of holiday per year, a competitive salary.
