Job Summary:
Assistant Officer – Regional HR is responsible for supporting and coordinating the recruitment processes across Regional Centers, managing vendor relationships, overseeing contract management, and delivering exceptional employee services. The role requires a high level of proficiency in administrative functions and offers substantial support to the HR team in executing departmental objectives.
The candidate must be eligible to work in United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to execute and process all work relating to employment and employees' procedures and Services.
- Coordination and communication of special company-wide projects and events.
- Handle and respond to all AJMN staff’s inquiries within the region.
- Maintain and update HR records/files and all employee data with recruitment, employees' services.
- Help to prepare recruitment statistics, reports and surveys within the region.
- Help to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for management.
- Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
- Reconcile vendor HR services monthly invoices.
- Manage the execution and maintenance of short term, fixed term and independent contracts. File, enter and maintain employee life-cycle benefit records
- Assist with the coordination and administration of US and International benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K
- Interface with payroll to enter transactions in HRIS and payroll system
- Assist HR Officers in responding to general employee inquiries
- Assist with new hire orientation and communication
- Ensure all new hire benefit paperwork is correctly completed, filed and entered into HRIS
- Run and distribute various reports for the HR and Finance team
Other Responsibilities:
- Recommends policy changes to the Head of Regional HR - Americas.
- Assist in the coordination efforts for bureau employee relations events.
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the superior.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferable.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources for Officer.
