ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Financial Performance

  • Achieve annual new business production plan through consistent visibility and developing significant relationships with agency partners. 
    • Utilize multiple sales avenues including cold calling, messaging, emailing, networking events, and face-to-face meetings. 
      • Must be comfortable traveling within local territory for networking and in-person meetings.
    • Work alongside territory Sales Manager and Underwriters on pipeline development and business retention.

 

Manage Territory Distribution

  • Work to position Convelo as a lead partner to agencies and strengthen brand awareness in territory.
    • Develop business plans for agency partners & hold them accountable through various metrics such as number of submissions, premium commitment, pipeline, etc.
    • Maintain relationships with existing agency partners.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of insurance experience preferred
