Large Lines - Commercial Lines Account Executive

  • Point for all client matters associated with Coverage, Risk Management, Coverage Interpretations and Relationship Management
  • Develop a high level of trust with client decision makers
  • Directly responsible for retention and growth of all Tier 1 accounts in book of business
  • Maintain lead on Tier 1 accounts in the book with involvement of Managing Director of Client Services
  • Facilitator and presenter of all client, carrier, and intermediary meetings
  • Responsible for final work product on presentations
  • Accountable for keeping Management apprised of all significant events impacting client coverage, relationship and retention
  • Expected to exemplify leadership, assertiveness, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Responsible for managing the performance, mentoring and education of the assigned team to include disciplinary action and recruitment of new staff with the leadership of the Managing Director of Client Services


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Active P&C License. Designations are a plus. 
  • 10+ years of P&C experience. Non-profit experience is a plus. 
  • Forward-thinking with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC
  • Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment
