Network Operations Technician I (Evenings)

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking team member to support our 24/7 Network Operations Center. As a Network Operations Technician you will join an innovative and diverse workplace; supporting a wide range of business communications technologies. You will be responsible for our Network Control Center; providing tier 1 support to our customers, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You must be able to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled. This position requires flexibility, you must be able to work 4 PM - Midnight Monday - Friday.

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Satellite Communications, Earth Terminal, VSAT, Radio Frequency
- FCC licensing
- A/V systems integration
- TCP/IP networking, sys admin, or structured cabling
- Software, web, or scripting development
- IP streaming technologies
