Capitol Broadcasting Company is excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Capitol B Creative Studios team. In this pivotal role, the Project Manager (PM) will be instrumental in driving strategy and growth across our diverse agency portfolio.
The PM will play a key role in high-value agency relationships and strategic partnerships, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires a process-driven leader who can effectively coordinate resources, develop and track project plans, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proactively Manage Projects: Oversee a variety of projects at Capitol B Creative Studios, including video production, website development, consumer outreach, brand development, and more, utilizing our full suite of services.
- Lead Project Scoping: Develop clear and comprehensive project scopes to ensure alignment and accountability for deliverables among all stakeholders.
- Track campaign/project budgets: Understand and track how projects are pacing in regard to budget and revenue schedules.
- Facilitate Internal Campaign Kick-offs: Co-lead campaign kick-off meetings to ensure alignment with client goals and establish clear milestones.
- Execute Campaign Strategies: Implement strategies to effectively manage campaigns by anticipating needs and translating agreed-upon solutions into actionable plans.
- Develop and Communicate Timelines: Create, track, and share project timelines to ensure key milestones are met, collaborating to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all client deliverables meet high-quality standards and expectations before being presented to the client.
- Utilize Project Management Tools: Proficiently leverage tools such as Trello, Harvest, and MS Teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams.
- Provide Project Updates: Offer timely updates on project progress, holding team members and clients accountable to established deadlines.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication and collaboration with internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Other duties as assigned that appropriately related to this position and its role and responsibilities within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, budgeting, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
- Broad understanding of marketing and communications with an emphasis on digital strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members.
- Ability to convert project requirements into a clear and actionable plan of execution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
