Special Events Parking Operations Manager

We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to be responsible for coordinating parking plans for all special event parking at American Tobacco Campus, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and Durham Performing Arts Center.
Duties include supervision of all part-time special events parking staff, coordination of parking plans for all special events, and collection and tally of all money at pay for parking events. You will prepare and report event parking statistics; purchase and inventory control of physical traffic devices. This individual will interact with the public in regard to special event parking operations and traffic patterns; may assist with daytime tenant parking on campus.
Two to three years of parking systems management experience is required. Experience and ability to utilize modern technology systems to expedite analytics, communications, prioritization and schedules is essential. Must be familiar with MS office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel), and have the ability to utilize pay for parking and automated parking software. This position requires standing for 2 – 4 hours without a break.
