Baseball Ticketing Inside Sales Trainee
The Durham Bulls Baseball Club is seeking person to make sales calls and manage accounts; extensive phone work including incoming, outgoing, and follow-up calls; concentrating on ticket sales. This individual will prospect leads throughout the year and send mass mailings; includes follow up work; will facilitate season ticket packages and group outings; taking, inputting, and processing of orders; problem solving with regard to season and group orders and ticket related events.
A willingness to actively promote Durham Bulls tickets to the general public is necessary. Position requires a creative, positive, friendly, and helpful attitude and exceptional communication skills. This is a full-time, seasonal position; running approximately October 2021 through October 1, 2022. During the 2022 baseball season, this individual must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; will pull tarp as needed. A college degree is required and one year of sports marketing and/or sales experience is preferred.
