HR Operations and Mobility

Designation: Consultant Level

Duties and Responsibilities:                                       

"We are looking for a HR Professional to have a dual role in Mobility/International Assignment and providing general HR operations / administrative support.   A candidate who is dedicated to contribute to ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times and who has good communication skills in Japanese and English.

 

Key responsibilities:

- Visa related transactions including documents preparation and submission for new work permits and provide consultation for international assignments or travels. 

-Keep a close contact with Immigration or Immigration Association for the latest visa information.

-Work closely with Immigration team of other locations and be the point of contact of visa related matter for Japan.

-Manage international assignment related policies.

-Onboarding and off-boarding for international assignments. 

 


- Being a competent user of all internal systems, to include our employee records system

-Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data

- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases

- Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems

- Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.

- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies

- Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity "                                         

                                            

Requirements and Qualifications:                                          

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience of working in HR area and related roles of above responsibilities, Mobility / HR Operation.
  • Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and business partners
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
  • Bachelors/Masters (choose one) degree
  • Business level language skills in English and Japanese
