Job Title: Onsite Technical Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities / 職務範囲:

• Software requirement gathering by discussing with client team.

• Software requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team.

• Understand the software design from Capgemini onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it. Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team.

• Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...)

• Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality.

• Support in building the project pipeline for future by coordinating with delivery, sales and customer.

• Reporting to client management and Capgemini delivery management team on regular basis.

Qualifications (Mandatory) ／ 応募条件（必須）:

• Strong experience in software Application development. Using C++/ C#/ Java (object-oriented programming)

• Open minded, flexible and ability to learn the medical domain and new technologies.

• Japanese language - Native level 

• English language – Ability to communicate to on-site team level

• Experience: 8+ Years

Qualifications (Preferred) ／ 応募条件（歓迎）:

• Experience / knowledge in Windows Application Development.

• Experience / knowledge in Medical domain.

• English: Business level

• Experience in managing the offshore team from Japan.

• Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer.
