Looking for a techno-functional analyst to be a part of one of Capgemini's life insurance customers.

[Job Description]
1 Gather business goals through engaging with clients.
2 Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
3 Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and write specifcations techno-functionally.
4 Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand the requirements.
5 Work closely with project team(s) and customer stakeholders, coordinate project activities and ensure the requirements are documented and communicated thoroughly
[Required work experience and Skills]
1 6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
2 Analyze and design for content management system (AEM) as per the requirements and guide the teams in design and execution.
3 Minimum of JLPT N2 level certified and strong Japanese skills to conduct business conversations with Japanese stakeholders.
4 Project management experience
5 Experience in Jira/Confluence tools and project management tools
6 Ensure all systems documentations & procedures are updated
7 Strong communication skills
8 Business English skills to converse comfortably with foreign engineers in Japan and offshore engineers
